Refunds

Draft. The final wording is approved by a lawyer. The Russian version prevails.

• Purchased units never expire. The unused purchased balance is refunded on request.
• If an image for a chapter could not be created, nothing is charged — no refund needed.
• Defective image — press "Report": if confirmed, we return the units for that chapter.

Website payments (YooKassa)

• An untouched package within 14 days — the "Refund" button on the balance page: a full refund to the original payment method.
• Unused balance — the "Refund unused balance" form on the balance page. The refund receipt needs an email: you enter it in the form, we pass it to YooKassa and do not store it.
• Money usually arrives within 10 business days depending on the bank.

Free chapters (promo) have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money; if a free chapter could not be created or the run was cancelled, it is returned to the account's quota.
