Privacy policy

Draft. The final wording is approved by a lawyer. The Russian version prevails.

What we store

  • A random account identifier (short form: "Account A1B2-C3D4").
  • A hash of the secret account number (we do not store the number and cannot restore it).
  • Telegram ID — only if you use the bot or linked Telegram (no name, username or photo).
  • Free chapter accounting: how many were granted and used by the account; for Telegram accounts — an irreversible salted hash of the Telegram ID, so free chapters are granted only once.
  • Interface language, preferences (style, audience, quality), account creation and last visit dates — without time.
  • Balance, ledger entries, payments (no card data, no email), jobs and images.
  • Consent log: which document, which version, when.
  • Website sessions: sign-in method and date — no IP address, no browser data.

What we do not store

  • Email, phone, name, IP address, browser User-Agent.
  • The receipt email is passed to YooKassa at checkout and is not stored by us.
  • Server logs contain no IP addresses.

Textbooks and images

  • The source file is deleted no later than 7 days after upload (72 hours after full generation), images after 90 days, archives after 24 hours. You can delete everything earlier.
  • Chapter text is filtered for personal data (emails, phones, names after markers) before it is sent to an AI model.
  • Page photos for text recognition are sent to the AI provider as is — do not photograph pages with personal data.
  • Your materials are never used to train models.

Recipients

  • OpenRouter and model providers (USA) — chapter text after filtering, page images for recognition; no account identifiers.
  • YooKassa — payment data and receipt email (website payments).
  • Telegram — bot messages to you.

Where data is stored

A server in a Hetzner data centre (EU). Database backups are kept for 14 days; deleted data disappears from backups after that.

Retention

  • An empty account not used for 180 days is deleted automatically.
  • Payments and ledger entries are kept for 5 years (accounting) — without email or card data.
  • Support requests — 90 days after the answer, at most 365 days.
  • The Telegram ID hash for free chapter accounting — 365 days (including after account deletion).

Your rights

Delete the account completely with "Delete account" on the account page or /delete in the bot. Questions — support@красивоедз.рф.
