Public offer (terms of service)

1. Subject
The service splits a textbook uploaded by the user into chapters and creates an AI illustration for each selected chapter. Results are delivered to the website account and the Telegram bot. Images are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies — check facts against the textbook.
2. Account
- Accounts are anonymous: we do not ask for a name, email or phone. You sign in to the website with a secret 16-digit account number shown only once. We store only its hash and cannot restore it; it can be changed from an active session.
- The service may be used from age 14. Payments — from age 18 or with consent of a parent (guardian), see Parental consent.
- You are responsible for keeping your account number secret.
3. Balance and units
Services are paid with internal balance units ("tokens"). Purchased units never expire.
Free chapters (promo): the account's first 3 chapter illustrations in "Sketch" and "Standard" quality are free: no units are charged for them. Free chapters are granted once per account and once per Telegram account, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable; without a linked Telegram a shared daily limit applies. If a free chapter could not be created or the run was cancelled, it is returned to the account's quota. The provider may suspend or end the free chapter promo at any time; this does not affect chapters already created. Scan recognition is paid. [LAWYER: wording]
4. Estimate and hold
- Before starting you see an estimate: "about X" and "no more than Y". Y is held on your balance while images are generated.
- Each chapter is charged by the actual cost of AI models with a markup and never above the shown cap; the total never exceeds Y. The unused part is released automatically.
- If an image for a chapter could not be created, nothing is charged for that chapter.
- The price does not change after you confirm the order.
5. Payments on the website
Top-ups on the website are processed by YooKassa (bank cards, SBP, SberPay). The receipt (Russian Federal Law 54-FZ) is issued by "YooKassa Receipts" and sent to the email entered at checkout; we do not store that address. Settlement type — full payment.
6. Telegram bot
In the Telegram bot you can spend your account balance on the same services as on the website; there are no purchases in the bot. Questions — the /support command in the bot or support@красивоедз.рф.
7. Refunds
The unused purchased balance is refunded on request. Details — Refunds.
8. Uploaded materials and acceptable use
- You guarantee that you have the right to use the uploaded materials, for personal study only.
- Do not upload illegal content or materials with other people's personal data. See Acceptable use.
- The source file is deleted automatically: 72 hours after all chapters are illustrated and no later than 7 days after upload. Images are kept for 90 days.
9. Rights to the result
You may use the images for personal study. Images are AI-generated; the service does not guarantee that they are protectable. [LAWYER: wording on rights]
10. Quality
If an image has serious defects (misspelled labels, off-topic), press "Report" under the image — we will review it and, if confirmed, return the units for that chapter.
11. Liability and claims
Claims: support@красивоедз.рф; we reply within 10 days. Limitations of liability do not reduce consumer rights under the law. [LAWYER]
