Questions and answers
Why an account number instead of email?
We do not store your personal data. The 16-digit number is the only key to the account; we keep only its hash. So the number cannot be restored — save it in a password manager.
How much does an illustration cost?
Before starting you see an estimate: "≈ X" and "no more than Y". Y is held on the balance; the actual cost is charged but never more than Y. The rest is returned right away.
What if an image fails?
Nothing is charged for a chapter that could not be drawn. If an image has a serious error, press "Report" and we will return the tokens for that chapter.
Who can see my textbook?
Only you. The source file is deleted automatically (at most 7 days after upload), images after 90 days. Chapter text is filtered for personal data before it goes to the AI model.
Can I use it via Telegram?
Yes, there is a bot. Balance and books are shared once you link Telegram to the account.
Which formats are supported?
PDF (up to 150 MB), EPUB (80 MB), DOCX (50 MB), FB2 (30 MB), TXT/MD (10 MB) and JPEG/PNG/WebP page photos. Save DOC and DjVu as PDF or DOCX.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: an untouched package — within 14 days with a button on the balance page; the unused balance — on request at any time.
